Service
Lawn & Garden Maintenance
Weekly and bi-weekly service: mowing, edging, weeding, blowing, and seasonal color so your property always looks cared for.
Our maintenance crew runs weekly and bi-weekly routes in Santa Barbara, Montecito, Goleta, and Carpinteria. It's the same crew at your property each visit, so they get to know the yard.
A visit covers mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and blowing off hard surfaces. While we're there we also look at the irrigation, so a broken head or a dry zone gets caught early.
Seasonal work is part of it too: cutting back at the right time of year, refreshing color, and cleaning up before the rains. We also do one-time cleanups for yards that have gotten away from people. A couple of Google reviewers started with a big cleanup and then kept us on for regular visits.

Common questions
Lawn & Garden Maintenance: questions we hear
Weekly or bi-weekly?
Lawns and fast-growing plants in summer usually need weekly visits. Established, low-water gardens often do fine every other week. We suggest a schedule after seeing the yard.
Can you do a one-time cleanup?
Yes. We do one-time cleanups for overgrown yards: cutting back, weeding, and clearing debris. You can move to a regular schedule afterward or not.
